The meaning
behind the name.
Verax — Latin for truthful.
Verax is Latin for truthful. It is the principle we practise by — and the standard we hold ourselves to in every brief, hearing and counsel.
We are a boutique litigation and advisory practice. That means senior attention on your matter from the first conversation onward — not a file passed quietly down a chain of desks. Fewer matters, handled with greater care.
Our work spans the courtroom and the boardroom: disputes argued with rigour, and advice given with candour. The aim is the same in both — a clear-eyed path to the right outcome, explained in language you can act on.

Adv. Rachana Chiller has devoted her practice to Consumer Law, RERA and other real-estate-related laws, Recovery Suits, Criminal Law, Arbitration and Commercial Law. She brings rich experience across court appearances, drafting, internal auditing, due diligence, legal compliance and ICC matters. She has appeared and argued before all the District Courts in Delhi, various Tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies, the Delhi High Court, the District Courts at Gurgaon and Faridabad, RERA and HREAT, and the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Panchkula. Over the course of her practice she has also worked closely with several corporate houses.
